Je vous pr\u00e9sente un couteau tr\u00e8s particulier pour moi;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

C’est un couteau que j’ai offert \u00e0 l’amour de ma vie, mon \u00e9pouse Sarah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il s’appelle Dunloe;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dunloe, vient de Gap of Dunlop en Irlande car mon \u00e9pouse et moi-m\u00eame nous sommes amoureux de l’Irlande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

C’est un couteau en acier Damass\u00e9 de 36 couches d’O2 (90 MCV8) et de 15N20.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Son manche est en IPE qui m’a \u00e9t\u00e9 offert par mon ami Pierre Castin<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ses intercalaires sont en fibres vulcanis\u00e9es Orange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il a un rivet mosa\u00efque de 6 mm et un rivet laiton de 3 mm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Son \u00e9tui est en cuir de 4 mm r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par mes soins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
